Georgia is at a pivotal moment in the growth of its life sciences manufacturing ecosystem. We have already established a strong foundation through the input gathered from this group, with clear themes emerging around the key gaps and challenges facing manufacturers across the state.

Chaired by Shazib Jamil, experienced life sciences manufacturing and supply chain executive, the focus of the council is to ensure we build on that input and move decisively toward prioritization and action. It will also serve as a forum not just for discussion, but for aligning on the most critical issues and identifying where collective effort can drive meaningful, tangible progress.
