Life sciences leaders are navigating an increasingly complex environment in 2026—facing a projected $100B growth gap by 2028 driven by the patent cliff, deploying capital amid heightened M&A activity, integrating AI without clear operating frameworks, addressing persistent talent shortages, and managing late-stage risks that directly impact valuation.

Traditional networking forums rarely meet this moment. They often add to already full calendars without delivering actionable insight.

The CEO/Executive Council is intentionally designed to be different.

Led by GLS Board Chair and CEO of Saol Therapeutics, Dave Penake, this will be a confidential, peer-driven forum where senior executives exchange real-time intelligence on the decisions that will define success over the next 12–24 months. We anticipate three convenings this year to facilitate candid dialogue and high-value connections.
